We were honored to serve as the official conference management team for the ACFE Tanzania Chapter’s East Africa Annual Anti-Fraud Conference 2025, a premier gathering of anti-fraud professionals, auditors, and key stakeholders from across the region. This flagship event provided a vital platform to discuss emerging fraud risks, innovative prevention strategies, and collaborative solutions in the fight against financial crime.
Our Role & Key Contributions:
Event Technology Integration:
We successfully deployed our proprietary event app, NaviHub, enhancing the attendee experience by offering:
- Real-time access to session schedules and speaker profiles
- In-app networking features and live chat rooms
- Instant access to presentation materials and post-session feedback surveys
Sponsor Engagement:
We introduced innovative tools to boost sponsor visibility, including a badge-scanning system that allowed sponsors to seamlessly capture leads and track participant engagement.
On-Site Coordination:
Our team oversaw all operational aspects of the event from delegate registration to live troubleshooting ensuring a flawless experience for over 200 participants.
Post-Event Deliverables:
A comprehensive post-conference report was prepared, capturing key takeaways, participant feedback, and strategic recommendations for future conferences.
